Northstar’s five-stage pre-clean powder coat paint line incorporates state-of-the-art quality paint monitoring equipment, including the X-Rite i-63 Spectrophotometer, along with a full complement of other paint qualification equipment. As an approved UL 1332 DTVV2 steel enclosure outdoor paint applicator, Northstar has been awarded many outdoor programs. Our superior powder paint performance can meet rigid standards, including Telecordia GR 495 & 950, which requires 3,000 hours of salt fog testing.
