Northstar manufactures the highest quality powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum enclosures manufactured to your unique specifications. All enclosure requests are produced to your specifications and reviewed by Northstar’s in-house mechanical engineers with Design For Manufacturing (DFM) best practices to provide you with the most cost effective and dependable product design possible.

Over the past decade, Northstar has produced tens of thousands of NEMA rated outdoor enclosures for Fortune 500 companies. The majority of these enclosures endure rigorous in-house testing, and approved UL 1332 DTVV2 steel enclosure outdoor paint application.

Testing includes:

• 110v, 220v, 24v, and -48v
• HYPOT testing
• Continuity testing
• Water type 3R

Northstar is UL Certified for NEMA Type 1, Type 3R, and Type 4 enclosure manufacture. Northstar’s engineers can provide a quick turnaround on any request and produce them in a timely fashion as well. Any enclosure can be coupled with Northstar’s UL 1332 paint line, UL cable and harness capabilities, and level 5 assembly to provide a unique solution for you or your client.
